Meet at the yoga studio for gentle yoga warmup then we will run as a group (but at your own pace).

We will run a local route outdoors and end in the yoga studio for a cool down and savasana.

Good for all levels of yogi and runner.

There are pre-defined mat placements, some of which are upstairs.
Your own mat and props are required, there are no rentals. Mats and props are available for purchase.
There will be no hands on adjustments at this time.

Approved masks must be worn at all times indoors, INCLUDING during practice. (Bandanas, buffs, and gaiters are not appropriate face coverings.)
A health screening will need to be completed on the day of class, you will be texted/emailed a link to prior to attendance.

You *must* register in advance, there are no walk-ins.
Cancellation and no-show policies will be strictly enforced.
Jenna found yoga to be an enlightening practice compared to the rigorous gymnastics training that she was used to. Even though she has always been athletic, it wasn't until her first years of college that she found deep solace in Yoga and meditation. She began sharing her passion for yoga by teaching friends and family in the comfort of her home and backyard. Jenna dropped everything on her agenda one summer to achieve her 200 hour yoga teacher training.

Her biggest yoga philosophy is that we are all beginners. She believes it is very important that we always remember that there is always room for improvement because it is not about the destination... it is about the journey. Jenna's yoga classes begin with a casual, inspirational dharma talk that can relate to anything from everyday mundane life, to chakras, to nature, to physics and chemistry! She then leads the class into a breathing exercise and guided meditation followed by a Yoga Flow that is made to accommodate every type of Yogi!

Jenna started her own small business called Sol Seed in 2016 and is continuing to expand on her natural self-care products and original jewelry right in Greenwood Lake today! She loves living and being part of this small-town with a big community.
Cancelation Policy
  • Your account must have class credits or an active membership in order to register for a class online.
  • Class credits are deducted from your account immediately upon registration, and won't be available for use in person.
  • If you register with class credits and cancel your registration more than 4 hours before class you will receive your class credit back.
  • If you register with class credits and cancel your registration less than 4 hours before class you will NOT receive your class credit back.
  • If you have an unlimited membership, and do not show up or cancel less than 4 hours before class you will be assessed a $5 cancelation fee or lose a day of your membership (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
  • Cancelation fees may be automatically drafted from your card on file (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
  • If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class, your space may be given away to drop in customers waiting for room.
Required: COVID19 Screening
This screening is mandated by the state of NY.
It is pass/fail, you must clear this screening to attend or teach a class in person.
