We brought our Kids Yoga Series back until the end of the school year for 8 more weeks!

Yoga for kids has been shown to help develop body awareness, manage stress, build concentration, increase confidence, and more!

Series Dates April 22nd - June 13th
Mondays 4:30pm - 5:30pm Ages 8-11 yrs old (suggested)
Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:30pm Ages 5-8 yrs old (suggested)
