Kundalini Yoga and Gong Immersion
Intermediate Level
with Nav
Friday, May 17th
6:45PM - 8:15PM (1 hour 30 minutes)
Class Is Canceled
The intermediate version of our monthly Kundalini class, for those who wish to deepen their Kundalini Practice.

Immerse yourself in the holistic soundscape of a 90-minute Kundalini Gong Bath. This immersive session invites you to surrender to the healing vibrations of gongs and other resonant instruments, guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and inner balance.

Meditate or deeply relax into the vastness of the subconscious mind with the frequencies and sound waves of gongs. The vibrations of the gongs stimulate and resonate with the cells in the human body, simultaneously toning down the sympathetic nervous system and recalibrating the parasympathetic nervous system.

Join Nav for breathwork, chanting, gentle exercises to align the energy centers and healing vibrations to vitalize your nervous system. This experience will help release stagnant energy, relieve stress, balance the body and mind, and strengthen the immune system!
