A slow restorative practice designed to get you in the flow of activating, awakening, and strengthening your mind, body and soul. This unique class blends the gentle, healing practices of restorative yoga with the transformative power of sound meditation.
The practice opens with breathwork to balance the nervous system, moving into the alignment of the body and finding stillness with sound, creating a serene and immersive experience for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Nav
Nav is a mother, student, teacher, and mentor who bridges the gap between traditional and modern-age spirituality. As a former healthcare professional and a disciple of His Holiness Shree Chamunda Swamiji for over two decades, she has devoted herself to echoing healing into the world by guiding others in personal development and exploring the consciousness through transformational practices of the mind, body, and soul.
Born in India and raised in New York City, meditation was the center of Nav's life. After having experienced personal neurological healing, Nav is passionate about sharing the disciplines of contemplative natural modalities that have allowed her to develop a multidimensional approach with her clients to heal past trauma and transform their lives.
Grounded in Vedic knowledge by Swamiji, Chopra Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructor, a Sound Therapist, and Restorative and Kundalini Yoga Instructor, Nav is poised to bring the best of eastern meditative practices to our community. She continues to elevate through experiences and serves the community as a Mental Health Advocate.

Cancelation Policy
- Your account must have class credits or an active membership in order to register for a class online.
- Class credits are deducted from your account immediately upon registration, and won't be available for use in person.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration more than 2 hours before class you will receive your class credit back.
- If you register with class credits and cancel your registration less than 2 hours before class you will NOT receive your class credit back.
- If you have an unlimited membership, and do not show up or cancel less than 2 hours before class you will be assessed a $5 cancelation fee or lose a day of your membership (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- Cancelation fees may be automatically drafted from your card on file (unlikely, and at the discretion of Greenwood Lake Yoga management).
- If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class, your space may be given away to drop in customers waiting for room.
